Met de indrukwekkende achtergrond van de Miemingerbergketen leidt de loipe over de moerassige weiden naar Gschwent. Het ongeveer zes kilometer lange parcours is zowel voor skating als voor klassieke stijl geprepareerd en biedt een matige uitdaging met slechts 39 hoogtemeters.
De loipe loopt boven de Moosalm en biedt mooie uitzichten op het omliggende berglandschap. Na de tour kunt u een stop maken in het Gasthaus Moosalm voor een maaltijd of een drankje om te ontspannen en bij te tanken.

Je bereikt het startpunt via het Inntal. Bij Telfs of Mötz rijd je het Mieminger Plateau op en verder naar Mieming. Daar volg je de borden naar het zwembad Waldschwimmbad. Er is een parkeerplaats waar je je auto kunt parkeren. Vanaf de parkeerplaats is het ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar de ingang bij de Moosalm. Bus 350 of 355 - halte "Barwies Kirche" (ca. 15 minuten lopen naar het startpunt van de Moosalm) www.vvt.at
