Trajectprofiel: vlak glooiend verlopend hardloop- en Nordic walking traject
Trajectverloop: vanaf de parkeerplaats bij het meer start de ronde in oostelijke richting door het bos naar Untermieming. U gaat door het dorp en weer daaruit op een aangenaam vlak open stuk. Dan gaat u zuidelijk van het meer het bos in, over de Sassberg verder in de schaduw van de bomen naar Zein en via Tabland weer terug naar de parkeerplaats. Een traject met toppen en dalen, die hoge eisen stelt aan de ondergrond en de conditie.
Tip: Nordic Walking-stokken te huur bij het toeristeninformatiecentrum van Mieming.
