Na de start in het kuurpark de Patscher Straße oversteken en verder over een paar wat korte en wat langere klimmetjes door het bos omhoog door het beschermd natuurgebied Rosengarten naar de velden onderaan de Goldbichl. Als u op het hoogste punt bent aangekomen, gaat u naar beneden naar Gasthof Grünwalderhof, over landweggetjes naar de Paffenbichl en verder over de zonnige Fernkreuzweg naar het Kneippcomplex in het dorpscentrum van Igls.
