Route naar het startpunt
Deze uitdagende en veeleisende trailroute loopt omhoog naar Gasthof Rauschbrunnen, boven de Innsbruckse wijk Kranebitten. Met een lengte van 7,3 km en 510 hoogtemeters bereikt de route zijn hoogste punt op 1.080 m. De klim wordt beloond met een prachtig uitzicht over Innsbruck en een pauze in de gasthof. De afdaling voert over bijna vergeten paden door het Knappental. In zachte winters is de route het hele jaar door toegankelijk, maar vooral in de lente en de herfst is deze bijzonder mooi.
