Route naar het startpunt
De klim begint aan de zuidkant van het dorp Rinn en leidt naar de Rinner Alm via een apart, breed winterwandelpad, dat gescheiden is van de rodelbaan. Hierdoor zijn er geen botsingen tussen wandelaars en rodelaars. Tijdens de ongeveer 1,5 uur durende klim kun je altijd genieten van prachtige uitzichten over het Inntal - van Innsbruck via Hall tot Mils en Rinn.
Kort voordat je de Rinner Alm bereikt, is er een korte afdaling van ongeveer 30 meter hoogte, die kan worden gebruikt voor een eerste korte rodelbaan.
Eenmaal boven biedt de Rinner Alm een ideale gelegenheid voor een verfrissing met traditionele Tiroolse specialiteiten en warme drankjes.
De 4 km lange rodelbaan neemt dezelfde route terug naar het dal. Hij is goed geprepareerd en biedt een afwisselende, maar niet al te steile ervaring. Nachtrodelen is bijzonder indrukwekkend en is mogelijk op dinsdag, vrijdag en zaterdag van 19.00 tot 23.00 uur.
