Startpunt is de parkeerplaats bij het dalstation van de Grünberglift. De beklimming gaat rechts op de oude skipiste omhoog. Een grote uitzichtstoren biedt een indrukwekkende blik rondom op de omliggende bergwereld.

U bereikt het beginpunt via het Inntal. Bij Telfs of Mötz rijdt u het Mieminger Plateau op en verder naar Obsteig. Een paar meter voor het einde van het dorp slaat u linksaf en volgt u de wegwijzers naar het dalstation van de Grünberglift. Bus 350 of 355 - halte "Obsteig Mooswaldsiedlung" (ca. 20 minuten lopen naar het beginpunt van de Grünberglift). www.vvt.at
