Er wordt gestart direct bij de parochiekerk St. Martin in Gries im Sellrain. De route verloopt langs de geasfalteerde weg naar Obermarendebach tot het eindpunt, de Innsbrucker Bankl.

Vanaf daar openbaart zich een grandioos uitzicht in het Inntal. Terug kunt u de korte afdaling naar de Grubachhöfen nemen en langs de bezinningsweg terug naar Gries wandelen.
