Vanuit Praxmar in westelijke richting tamelijk steil omhoog door het almengebied. Via Schönbichl naar het Satteljoch op 2.737 meter boven zeeniveau. Niet rechtdoor verder op weg nr. 144, maar RECHTS omhoog op nr. 144a. Dat gedeelte is niet heel zwaar en brengt u naar de top met een prachtig uitzicht rondom.
