Traject: vanaf de gemeenteparkeerplaats Lans (tegenover Gasthof Walzl) over de Kochholzweg richting het gezondheidscentrum Lanserhof, verder over de landweg in de richting van het Kneippcomplex Lans. Vanaf daar de Römerstraße oversteken en de Lanser Almweg volgen, dan constant stijgend in haarspeldbochten naar de Lanser Alm, waar u iets kunt eten en drinken.
