La ruta MTB de Innsbruck por los refugios y prados alpinos de la cordillera Nordkette más conocida y con grandes vistas sobre la capital de los Alpes y el pueblo de Rum. Salida por la pista forestal del bosque Mühlauer Wald hasta Hungerburg. Alternativa: subir este tramo con el funicular Hungerburgbahn o con el autobús de la línea J. Desde Hungerburg tomar el camino dirección Umbrüggler Almweg. Llegado a Umbrüggler Alm, continuar por la pista forestal dirección Arzler Alm. Este tramo no presenta desnivel. En Arzler Alm subida por camino forestal dirección Rumer Alm. A partir del segundo cruce desde la barrera por Arzler Reise hay un tramo que hay que empujar la bicicleta hasta llegar de nuevo a la pista forestal. Pendiente fuerte de unos 10 minutos hasta llegar a Rumer Alm. Bajada por la pista forestal dirección Rechenhof y regreso a Innsbruck por carretera.
