All year round every Wednesday from 19.00 - 20.30 in the botanical garden in Innsbruck
Outdoor under the maple leaf plantane in good weather in summer (entrance open at the bottom, turn left at the second path and walk to the back to the highest tree)
Indoor with a view of the tropical house in rainy & stormy weather | in fall & winter (entrance via the gate at Sternwartestraße 15a, the third door leads directly into the anteroom to the checkroom and then into the yoga room)
Soulful Yoga with yoga therapeutic elements, strengthening asanas, affirmations to become aware of your current state of mind, essential oils and a deep final relaxation
