Enjoyable hike to the Lanser See Lake - Innsbruck
For families and leisurely beginners
Starting from the city center we hike into the low mountain range. On our way we pass some sights. Near the Bergisel ski jump a forest path leads us uphill. There we have a beautiful panorama of Igls and the Stubai Mountains. We continue to the Vogelhütte, where we take a break. Afterwards we hike to the quietly situated Lanser See. Back to town we take the unique forest streetcar, line 6.
Time without optional refreshment stop: approx. 3 hrs
