Route naar het startpunt
De rodelbaan is zowel bij gasten als bij de lokale bevolking vooral vanwege de sneeuwzekerheid zeer populair. Uitgangspunt is de parkeerplaats "Juifenalm" op een paar honderd meter afstand van het dorpje Juifenau bij Gries. De beklimming duurt anderhalf tot twee uur. U wandelt over een bospad, waarop u later weer richting het dal rodelt. De Juifenalm ligt op meer dan 2.000 meter hoogte. De alm is een ideale plek, om u na de beklimming op te warmen. Vervolgens gaat het met de slee vierenhalve kilometer lang naar het dal.
