Route naar het startpunt
Vanaf de parkeerplaats in Praxmar gaat u langs de weg ongeveer 400 meter richting de uitgang van het dal, langs Alpengasthof Praxmar, tot u uitkomt bij de rodelbaan. Een 4,5 kilometer lange, uitstekend geprepareerde rodelbaan voert naar de Koglalm (geen horeca). Wie hier een opkikker wil, neemt gewoon zijn eigen proviand mee. Tafels en banken staan voor de hut.
