Route naar het startpunt
De wandeling voert van de parkeerplaats van het gemeentehuis van Wildermieming naar beneden richting Affenhausen. Daar steekt u aan het westelijke einde van het dorp de straat over en wandelt op een door een tractor geprepareerde weg over de besneeuwde velden naar de Nothelferkapel en naar Untermieming. Het gaat verder door het dorp over Weidach naar See. Aan het westelijke einde van het gehucht wandelt u rechts via een steil, nauw straatje, de Seegasse, omhoog naar Barwies.
Op de terugweg volgt u de borden richting Obermieming. De route gaat langs Gasthof Post en de golfbaan door de wijk Brente terug naar het uitgangspunt in Wildermieming.

U bereikt het startpunt via het Inntal. Bij Telfs resp. Mötz rijdt u het Mieminger Plateau op, tot aan Affenhausen. Bij het tankstation naar Wildermieming afslaan en tot het gemeentehuis rijden. Daar kunt u de auto op de gratis parkeerplaats zetten.
Bus 350 of 355 - halte "Wildermieming Affenhausen" (ca. 15 mintuen wandelweg tot het gemeentehuis in Wildermieming), www.vvt.at.
