Route naar het startpunt
De wandeling begint bij de parkeerplaats Arzkasten en volgt het brede bospad. Dit gaat naar de brug over de Lehnbergbeek en op een goed geprepareerd pad tot aan het Lehnberghaus (een ideale plaats voor een pauze). Wie niet meer verder wil wandelen, huurt direct bij het Lehnberghaus een slee. Daarmee gaat het razendsnel weer terug naar de parkeerplaats Arzkasten.

U bereikt het startpunt via het Inntal. Bij Telfs resp. Mötz rijdt u het Mieminger Plateau op en verder door het dorp Obsteig. Na ca. 500 meter rechts op een bosweg afbuigen. Na enkele minuten rijden bereikt u de parkeerplaats (betaald parkeren) Arzkasten.
Bus 350 of 355 - halte "Obsteig Holzleiten" (ca. 30 minuten wandelweg naar het uitgangspunt Arzkasten).
