Vanaf Haggen het pad naar de Sonnberg volgen. Op de bergweides richting Seejoch tot aan de Rossgrubensee (meer). Dan onder de Haggener en Peider Wand uit op de kerf (2.591 m.). Vanaf daar over de flank omhoog naar de top, waar u over de Karwendel en de Stubaier Alpen kijkt. Afdaling gelijke route als klim.
