De route verloopt bergopwaarts door het Oberdorf van Pfaffenhofen in zuidelijke richting op een geasfalteerde weg in de richting van het gehucht Höll. Zij buigt na ongeveer 1,7 kilometer linksaf. Vanaf daar verloopt de route op een berg- en almweg tot aan de Pfaffenhofer Alm (met restaurant).
