Cómo llegar
Atractiva ruta de trail running muy variada por prados alpinos alredeor de la montaña Patscherkofel.
El sendero comienza en la estación intermedia del teleférico de Patscherkofel y conduce por una pista forestal más allá de Patscher Alm y más al sur por terreno forestal hasta el tranquilo valle de Viggartal (terreno forestal). Siguiendo la ruta de senderismo "Almenweg 1600", se llega a la posada alpina Meissner Haus (camino forestal) después de unos 7 km. Desde allí, el sendero continúa cuesta arriba en dirección norte hasta la posada alpina Alpengasthof Boscheben. Hay que subir unos 300 metros por un estrecho sendero. Continúe por la conocida Zirbenweg (roca, grava) en dirección este hasta llegar al cruce "Issboden, Sistranser Alm" a la izquierda. Después de Sistranser Alm, continúe hacia el oeste por una pista forestal hasta Lanser Alm y luego en serpentina por una empinada subida hasta la estación de montaña del teleférico de Patscherkofel, 200 metros más arriba, punto final del Almen-Trail.
