Ruta llana de distancia media desde el centro de la ciudad hasta Kranebitten siguiendo el río Inn.
Desde el punto de salida, la ruta lleva dirección oeste en línea recta y sin desniveles. Después de pasar por los puentes Karwendelbrücke y Sieglangerbrücker, al llegar al instituto universitario de deporte (USI), la ruta sigue el muro de protección contra inundaciones del río Inn a través de campos y prados, cerca de la pista de aterrizaje del aeropuerto. Al llegar a una casa de color rojo cerca de la trayectoria de aproximación del aeropuerto, dar la vuelta para regresar al punto de inicio. Hay dos opciones: volver por el mismo camino o ampliar el trayecto siguiendo la ruta Klammgeist-Lauf.
