Esta ruta de senderismo de invierno empieza delante de la oficina de turismo de Igls y lleva por la calle Bilgeristrasse dirección a la antigua estación inferior del funicular Patscherkofelbahn. Después de unos 10 metros, seguir el camino estrecho a mano derecha y continuar luego por el paseo Eugenpromenade a través del parque Kurpark. Después de cruzar la calle Patscher Strasse, la ruta continúa por el camino Gletscherblickweg (camino de vista al glaciar) por campo abierto dirección al pueblo de Patsch. Al llegar al centro de reciclaje de residuos a mano derecha, girar a la derecha para seguir el camino Fernkreuzweg que lleva de vuelta a Igls.
