El ascenso al punto de salida de la pista de trineo está situado en el aparcamiento de Arzkasten. Allí hay un cómodo camino hasta el inicio del descenso en el refugio Lehnberghaus. Posibilidad de descansar y reponer fuerzas. Bajada en trineo hasta el valle.

Llegada, transporte público
Se llega al punto de partida por el valle del Inn. En Telfs o Mötz, conduzca hasta la meseta de Mieminger y continúe por el pueblo de Obsteig. Tras unos 500 m, gire a la derecha por una pista forestal. Tras unos minutos en coche se llega al aparcamiento de Arzkasten. Autobús 350 o 355 - parada "Obsteig Holzleiten"(aprox. 30 minutos a pie hasta el punto de partida en Arzkasten) www.vvt.at
