Seguir la señalización “Narrenkopf” detrás de Pfaffenhofer Alm. La excursión lleva primero por un camino bastante empinado a mano izquierda de Bachgraben hasta Karschwelle. Seguir la señalización hasta el final del circo glaciar, luego continuar el camino ascendente a mano derecha hasta llegar al collado. Continuar siempre por el lado derecho hasta la cima de la montaña Narrenkopf con sus dos cruces: la cruz original del Narrenkopf es la que está situada en el punto más alto.
