Desde el punto de salida en el parque Kurpark, seguir el camino a través del bosque Serleswald hasta llegar a la calle Lanser Strasse. Cruzar la calle y tomar el camino Speckbacherweg dirección Patsch. Después de atravesar la localidad de Patsch, subir hasta el camino Patscher Kreuzweg y continuar hasta llegar a la fonda Heiligwasser. Allí, la ruta continua hasta el antiguo refugio Igler Alm y sigue el camino alpino 1600er Almenweg hasta el refugio Lanser Alm. Justo antes de llegar el refugio, subir por el sendero forestal hasta el refugio Patscherkofelhaus. Regreso a Igls con el teleférico Patscherkofelbahn.
