El refugio Seigesalm es accesible por diferentes vías: desde el aparcamiento gratuito “Eisbrücke” hay que ir unos 30 minutos dirección a Bergheim Fotsch/Potsdamer Hütte, luego girar a la derecha y por el camino forestal al refugio Sattelalm (sin servicio de restauración) y al refugio Seigesalm. Otro camino lleva del aparcamiento del restaurante Almgasthof Bergheim Fotsch al refugio Seigesalm por el refugio Almindalm. Y el tercer camino sube de Moosböden dirección Sattelalm y Seigesalm. Esta última ruta puede ser también circular. El refugio Seigesalm compensa la subida con grandes vistas sobre el valle del río Inn.
