De twee ruime appartementen in landhuisstijl met elk twee slaapkamers bevinden zich op de tweede etage van de traditionele Tiroolse boerderij en zijn met 3 bloemen gecertificeerd. In de tuin van de Pechhof is een kinderspeelplaats met trampoline, een barbecueplaats en er staan ligstoelen. De zeer muzikale familie biedt op afspraak harpvakanties aan, d.w.z. een vakantie met regelmatig lessen op de harp.
