Route naar het startpunt
Vanaf de parkeerplaats bij het boszwembad Barwies wandelt u een klein stukje in zuidelijke richting tot de eerste splitsing. Buigt u rechtsaf naar Freundsheim. Na het passeren van de eerste beide vijvers buigt u bij de volgende gelegenheid linksaf en volgt de weg naar Fronhausen, Larchetweg. Aan het einde daarvan voert de weg verder door het bos tot aan Gschwent. Van daaruit wandelt u over de heerlijke lariksweides op een geprepareerd pad terug naar Barwies en het uitgangspunt.

U bereikt het startpunt via het Inntal. Bij Telfs resp. Mötz rijdt u het Mieminger Plateau op en verder naar Mieming. Daar volgt u de borden naar het boszwembad. Hier bevindt zich een gratis parkeerplaats, waar u de auto kunt zetten.
Bus 350 of 355 - halte "Barwies Kirche" (ca. 15 minuten wandelweg naar het uitgangspunt parkeerplaats boszwembad). www.vvt.at.
