De gemakkelijke wandeling gaat vanaf het Innsbrucker stadsdeel Mühlau via een bosweg naar de Rechenhof. Daar nodigt het zonneterras wandelaars uit om even lekker te genieten. Zonder grote stijging gaat het of op een wandelpad of langs de gemakkelijkere bosweg naar de Hungerburg.
Wie niet al wandelend aan de terugweg wil beginnen, neemt gewoon de Hungerburgbaan. Zij rijdt direct naar het stadscentrum van Innsbruck.
