An easy hike that starts in the district of Mühlau in Innsbruck and follows a forest trail to the Rechenhof alpine guesthouse, where a wonderful sun terrace invites hikers to relax and enjoy. From there, there are two routes to Hungerburg, neither of which have any major climbs. The first option is to take the hiking trail, the second option is to follow the easier forest road.

If you would rather not walk back, you can take the Hungerburgbahn funicular. It stops right in Innsbruck city centre.

Forecast

Yesterday the airflow swung to the south and brought a bit more humid maritime air to our region, which increased the risk of thunderstorms.

For Saturday no change is expected: the air arriving here is not humid enough to prevent the sun from shining, but it will still produce thunderstorms in the afternoon and in the evening.

Tendency

There are no significant changes expected for the next few days. Before Saturday the weather will be fine again.
