Bike en Hike van Zirl naar het Solsteinhaus.
Aan de noordelijke zijde van het dorpseinde bij het viaduct begint de klim langs de weg naar Hochzirl. Kort na de derde bocht slaat men rechtsaf de bochtige rijweg op, die door het Fließerbos constant bergopwaarts gaat.
De weg eindigt in Oberbach, van waar men ook te voet naar het Solsteinhaus (overnachtingsmogelijkheid) en de Solstein verder kan gaan.
