TOURS, TRAILS & CHEESE DUMPLINGS

That is mountain biking in Innsbruck. First you pedal hard uphill. Then you enjoy a summer bike stop at one of the many mountain huts and alpine restaurants that are often located right on the route or may even be your destination. Refuelling à la Innsbruck: Kaspressknödel cheese dumplings. Are your calves burning? If so, simply relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains a little longer before getting back on the saddle.

At the northern end of the village, near the underpass road, the ascent begins along the road to Hochzirl. Shortly after the third bend, you turn right onto the winding path that steadily climbs through the Fließerwald.

Bike and Hike from Zirl to Solsteinhaus: After about 7 km, you reach Oberbach, the starting point for the hike to Solsteinhaus (with overnight accommodation) and further to the Solstein.
