Desde la plaza ir dirección sur por las calles Hintere Gasse y Griesgasse hasta la fuente situada en el cruce de las calles Axamer Strasse y Sellrainer Strasse. A mano izquierda hay un camino muy empinado que luego continua por prados y campos antes de llegar al altiplano. Por las granjas de Zifres la ruta lleva a Omes y luego dirección Wollbell. Carretera hasta llegar a la cresta Kristenkamm. Regreso a Kematen.
Tiempo a pie: 3 horas, 2 tramos empinados, el resto del camino no presenta ninguna dificultad.
