Route naar het startpunt
Vanaf de kerk in Barwies volgt u de borden richting See (meer) en gaat u via een steil steegje naar beneden. Vanaf het meer wandelt u door de gehuchten Tabland en Zein ten zuiden van het zwemmeer tot aan Untermieming. Onderaan de parochiekerk gaat het verder op een sneeuwgeruimd pad omhoog naar Fiecht. Volgt u de borden richting Wildermieming door het Fiechter Tal. Na het oversteken van de rijksweg verloopt het traject verder naar Gerhardhof. Vanaf daar door het bos de borden richting Wildermieming volgen. De wandeling gaat door de oude dorpskern van Wildermieming. Aansluitend via de golfbaan terug naar Obermieming en naar het uitgangspunt.

U bereikt het startpunt via het Inntal. Bij Telfs resp. Mötz rijdt u het Mieminger Plateau op, tot aan Mieming/Barwies. Hier kunt u de auto direct op de parkeerplaatsen bij de kerk zetten.
