An indulgent spa day is the perfect way to enjoy some precious "me time" or time for two. It's pouring time in the sauna. The "glacier ice" with menthol or camphor crystals sizzles as it melts on the hot stone, filling the room with the scent of local woody oils as if you were standing in the middle of a pine forest.
