Salida en la rotonda Fagslung, atravesar el camino Speckbacherweg, ascenso por Frauenmarterl y por el bosque hasta llegar al refugio Aldranser Alm. Desde Aldranser Alm ligero ascenso por el camino Almenweg 1600 hasta el refugio Sistranser Alm. Los ciclistas más en forma pueden iniciar la ruta en la ciudad de Innsbruck y llegar a Aldrans pasando por el lago Lanser See. El refugio Aldranser Alm está abierto del 1 de mayo al 26 de octubre.
