We, Lucia and Manuel, are 5Rhythms teachers in training under the mentorship of Hannah Loewenthal. Both of us have a passion for movement and people, bringing diverse experiences to the table. Lucia studied psychology and worked therapeutically, while Manuel has experience in teaching and working with children. We are also yoga teachers and love to get people moving. We look forward to meeting you!

Here's what to expect:
• A warm-up to prepare you for the journey (approx. 20min)
• A brief introductory demonstration of the 5Rhythms (approx. 5min)
• An uninstructed 5Rhythms Wave (approx. 1h)
• Shared farewell and return to the world outside of dance (approx. 5min)
