Cómo llegar
Desde el refugio Neue Alplhütte seguir el sendero dirección a Wetterkreuz (1.920 m). Después de la cruz de cumbre, continuar por el sendero bien señalizado dirección este al Karkopf. Por terreno rocoso empinado ascenso a la cruz de cumbre de Karkopf. Los últimos metros del ascenso están asegurados con cable de acero. Importante: para el ascenso a Karkopf se requiere tener un paso seguro.
