Desde el punto de salida seguir un corto tramo por la carretera, luego girar a la derecha y continuar dirección Hornachbachkapell. El camino forestal sube suavemente por el bosque hasta la capilla Kohlerkapelle. Después de cruzar un puente, la ruta sigue el curso del arroyo antes de iniciar la pronunciada subida al refugio Flauringer Alm. Por un camino con muchas curvas, la ruta atraviesa bosques y prados alpinos hasta llegar al final del trayecto.
Bike & hike para los más deportistas: desde el refugio Flauringer Alm hay un sendero que lleva por el valle Seetal hasta un idílico lago alpino Taxer See (2.282 m). Tiempo a pie: 2,5 horas aproximadamente.
