Innsbruck can look back on a long tradition of coffee culture. The oldest coffee houses in the city opened their doors as early as the 18th century and even then it was impossible to imagine life without a slice of cake with your coffee. But just like the city itself, the sweet offerings have also evolved. Whether in historic cafés or modern coffee shops, Innsbruck proves that indulgence and sustainability harmonize perfectly today. Join me on a sweet discovery tour through the city's variety of vegan cakes!
