The "Meeting Experts", a joint project of Congress Messe Innsbruck, Leopold Franzens University Innsbruck, Medical University Innsbruck and Innsbruck Convention Bureau, founded in 2020, has developed a strategy for the coming years. The congress city of Innsbruck is to be further strengthened. Scientists at the Innsbruck universities support and promote the location as ambassadors in their ranks at international level.

The Convention Bureau is the first point of contact for all those who want to organise a congress or conference in a region. It is part of Innsbruck Tourism and a "one-stop shop" for independent information and advisory services:

• ADVERTISING MATERIALS: Provision of advertising material, such as free image and video material , city maps, meeting brochures, posters, etc.
• SITE INSPETIONS: Organisation of site inspections to give event planners a better impression of the destination.

Congress und Messe Innsbruck GmbH consists of three locations - Congress Innsbruck, Messe Innsbruck and Congresspark Igls. The service for event organisers includes the rental of premises and technology as well as the organisation and planning of trade fairs, congresses and conferences.

The PCO Tyrol Congress team offers congress organisers throughout Europe the full range of services of a professional congress organiser: from project and logistics management to organisational management of the venue, registration of participants and management of hotel contingents (in cooperation with ICB).
