Besides my work as a blogger and photographer, I am also active in many other areas of photography. Especially in summer, the wedding season is in full swing and I get to accompany brides and grooms on their most beautiful day again and again. And where could it be more beautiful than in Innsbruck? Fantastic!

To accompany a bride and groom photographically on their wedding day is a new but beautiful challenge every time. Every wedding is different and it always makes me happy to see their smiles when looking at the pictures. For a wedding shooting I am always on the road to find the most beautiful places in the region. I can assure you, there are many of them! I would like to introduce you to a few places where it is definitely worth getting married or having your wedding photos taken.

Innsbruck City Center

Innsbruck’s old town offers a very special backdrop. Amidst medieval buildings you will find romantic alleys, small parks and historic entrances. The narrow streets provide shade for a successful set, especially in high summer.

An extraordinary experience was the shooting with Vivian and Christian at the Bergisel. There were wonderful views of Innsbruck at the Bergisel ski jump.

Lake Möser

Lake Möser is a small natural jewel near Telfs. In the beautiful surroundings I always like to take photos of bridal couples.

Axamer Lizum

The Axamer Lizum and the panorama of the Kalkkögel offer a breathtaking backdrop. Not only at the summit you can take the best photos, but also on the valley floor of the Lizum with numerous wooden stadiums, forest and rocks. As a photographer, you can literally choose the motifs.

Castle ruins

There are several castle ruins in the area that make excellent backdrops for photos. The old walls surrounded by nature create a special atmosphere.

Low mountain range

Innsbruck’s low mountain range also offers fabulous scenery with views of Patscherkofel or Nordkette. The wide fields, the forests and for example the Lanser See are perfect to capture beautiful memories.

Innsbruck is colorful, Innsbruck is diverse, Innsbruck is nature. There is a suitable location for every bridal couple. Stay tuned, the locations where you can celebrate weddings really well will follow soon.

Mariahilf

And because it’s so beautiful, the classic may not be missing: The row of houses of St. Nikolaus am Inn from the market place.
