Exclusive and extravagant: the new Bergisel Ski Jump
The new Bergisel Ski Jump in Innsbruck invites top sporting performances and jump records year on year. The first competition at Bergisel enthused spectators in 1927. This was followed by numerous high-profile and international competitions, which soon made the Bergisel and the ski jump an iconic destination. This attention intensified following the complete modernisation and redevelopment of the jump by star architect Zaha Hadid in 2002. The Bergisel Ski Jump and the tournaments hosted there have long been world famous thanks to the jump’s special design and the ideal location with panoramic views of the impressive Nordkette mountain range. But the absolute highlight alongside the numerous other competitions and events is and remains the Four Hills Tournament.
Due to the close cooperation with the authorities and the current developments around Covid-19, ticket sales for the 69th Four Hills Tournament will start in mid-November at the earliest.
