Obertöne Kammermusiktage

This year, the Obertöne Chamber Music Festival is bringing international chamber music to Stams Abbey for the twelfth time under the motto ‘Chamber Music Wonderland’. Between 17 and 21 September, 13 artists from nine countries will perform works spanning five centuries, from Frescobaldi to Brahms and Maier to Piazzolla, in the magnificent Baroque Bernardisaal. A special highlight with high topical relevance is the performance of Igor Stravinsky's ‘The Soldier's Tale’ with actor Karl Markovics as part of the ensemble.
