Forecast

Central European weather is still in an early summer lethargy! Under strong high pressure, moderately humid, warm air will continue to move into our region. Another nice day is therefore awaiting us with plenty of sunshine during the day, slowly increasing cloud cover in the afternoon and thundery showers possible in the evening.

Tendency

The area of high pressure remains stationary and we will therefore see a good deal of mostly sunny, dry days with summer-like temperatures!

Opening Hours

Join a city guide on a Segway tour from one side of Innsbruck to the other. This tour makes it possible for you to get to know Innsbruck’s sights in an easy and silent way. The city tour starts on the square in front of the Tyrolean State Theatre. After a short Segway training session, you ride with your guide along the bike path beside the River Inn, travelling downstream. The tour takes you past two of the modern Hungerburgbahn funicular lift stations (Congress and Löwenhaus), through the beautiful residential area of Saggen and back to the theatre. You then ride around the edge of the historic old town to the market square and continue upstream to the university. Following quiet roads, the tour continues to the baroque Wilten Abbey Basilica, where you can enjoy great views of the Bergisel Ski Jump. Finally, you ride your Segway back towards the city centre and the starting point.

Duration: 2 hours (including approx. 15 minutes of training)
