Route to start
Enjoy the snow-covered scenery and take a look at the mighty peaks around. This winter hike starts at the Raiffeisenbank car park in Obermieming and heads over a hill through the village of Fiecht, before continuing across fields and through forests. Follow the signs for Affenhausen. After passing the beautiful Nothelferkapelle chapel, you'll already see the village. Take the path across the fields, then cross the road and head uphill towards Wildermieming, before returning to Obermieming.
Arrival, public transport
You can get to the starting point via the Inn Valley. From Telfs or Mötz, drive up to the village of Mieming on the Mieming Plateau. You can park your car at the Raiffeisenbank car park (free of charge) in Obermieming. Bus 350 or 355 - stop "Mieming Gemeindeamt" www.vvt.at
