Justo después del aparcamiento hay un camino bien señalizado a mano derecha que transcurre sin grandes desniveles hasta la fonda Gasthof Marlstein. A mano izquierda hay un sendero que lleva a la cruz Grünwaslkreuz a 2.027metros de altitud y por el lomo de la montaña hasta la cruz de cumbre de Faltegartenköpfl. El esfuerzo se ve bien recompensado con unas fantásticas vistas sobre el altiplano de Mieming y el valle del río Inn. Descenso por los pastos alpinos Feldringer Böden hasta el refugio Feldringalm y regreso al punto de salida por un camino forestal.
