Punto de salida: parada Marktgraben (centro de Innsbruck) – con el autobús de la línea A hasta “Sadrach”. Subir a pie por el camino a mano izquierda hasta el refugio Buzihütte. Luego a través del bosque, por un tortuoso camino hasta el refugio Rauschbrunnen situado a 1.100 metros de altitud. Después de un descanso bien merecido, descenso por un camino distinto de el de la subida: por la ruta forestal a la capilla Höttinger Bild y el camino Bildstöcklweg hasta Planötzenhof. La parada del autobús de la línea 5 está a unos 5 minutos a pie.
Recomendación: visita al pequeño santuario Höttinger Bild, situado en lugar idílico en medio del bosque, que invita a un ratito de descanso y meditación.
