Starting at the fire station in Gries, walk towards Juifenau. Cross the bridge, continue past the sports ground and then follow the forest road until it meets the path to the Juifenalm mountain hut. Follow this path until you come to the fourth bend, where you'll see a signpost for Lüsens/Praxmar. Turn off at this point to follow the hiking trail to the Kundlhof.
From there, you can continue the hike past two fish ponds to Lüsens or Praxmar. To return to Gries, either follow the same route back or take the bus.
