Perfect for a couple or a family with up to two children.The apartment is 30 m² and has a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and was completely refurbished in early 2023 (oak parquet floors, doors, shower, electrics, LED lighting, fittings, furniture, etc.), including a new mini designer kitchen. The high ceilings (up to 4 metres) reach up to the rafters and give the apartment a special flair.
A free parking space for guests is available on the northern side of the building. There, you will also find the external staircase to the entrance of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a key safe for self check-in.
