YOU GO VIA GRINZENS TO GET TO THE KEMATER ALM

The Kemater Alm lies at an altitude of 1,646 metres above sea level at the foot of the impressive Kalkkögel mountain range, surrounded by the romantic wilderness of the Senders Valley. The hut is a wonderful starting point for hikes and tours in both summer and winter. In summer, it is very easy to reach thanks to the toll road that leads from Grinzens, along the Senders Valley, all the way to the hut.

Forecast

At the moment, our weather can be described in clichés. We will once again experience a perfect autumn day which could not be more typical:

A fresh morning with fog along the rivers, colourful forests shining in the sunlight during the day and an early dusk. Let’s enjoy the autumn!

Tendency

“A gentle November is followed by a hard January“, goes one of the few country sayings that is approved by science. And we can look forward to a cold and hard January! The next days, November will remain very “gentle”!
